Happy New Year...Yes, it is Still January!
Can you believe it? Today is January 29, 2019, and it feels like it is the end of March! Yes, I've had a busy start to this New Year! I am sure many of you have as well.
I simply wanted to say "Happy New Year" to all of you who have taken the time to read my blogs over the past year. I hope you have found them informative and beneficial in some small way.
As we wrap up this first month of 2019, let's not forgot the goals we set just over a month ago. To be healthy, eat right, and implement those 22 new ideas into our call center this year. Might I suggest we find a way to implement the KIS approach. Keep It Simple! .... for your agents, your customers, your team, and for you.
With today's technology and large content distribution networks, it is easy to find 100's of new ideas for each and every call center flavor. I say we focus on four this year. What do you think will most effectively drive revenue, reduce costs and improve Net Promoter Scores, and retain your employees? Find the four you want to focus on, and develop a plan to implement one per quarter. Keep It Simple! And in January of 2020, you'll have one simple way to explain much of your ongoing success in 2019!
